Abstract

The purpose of this study was investigate of the exciting HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and identify the problem and opportunities to develop the exciting manpower’s forecasting module and recruitment module. The new system will try to accommodate the user needs. The methods of this study were descriptive and qualitative. Data was collected from human resources division. The system development was done by combining SDLC (system development life cycle) and prototyping approach. The result of this study is development fro, exciting manpower forecasting module and recruitment module that integrated each other and with module in HRIS. The implementation of the system will make the work more efficient and reduce paper works to meet customer needs.
