Abstract
The Financial Analysis Of Investment Feasibility on Development Project of Seedling Plantation with Tissue Culture Technique at PT. ABC Nevie Artati The objective of the research is to study the investment feasibility of seedling plantation with Tissue Culture Technique at PT. ABC. In detail, the aims of this study is to analyze the financial feasibility. Onother aspects that support the financial aspect, will be studied by studying the external dan internal environment of the company. This research used descriptive methode along case study. The instrument analyses are including Payback Period, Net Present Value, Internal rate of Return and Profitability Index, followed by sensitivity analysis. The result shows that the development project of seedling plantation with Tissue Culture technique is feasible with Payback Period is 3 years and 4 months, Net Present Value is Rp. 5.822.278.509,- , Internal Rate of Return is 34,41% and Profitability Index is 1,88. The sensitivity analysis shows that increasing of production cost is more sensitif than decreasement sales rates. The decreasement sales rates until 20% will not give significant result than 10% increasing of production cost. The sensitivity analyses shows that investment plan can be tolerated by 20% decreasing of sales rates or 10% increasement production cost. Nevertleless, the interaction of these factors will cause the project is not feasible
