Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the risk factors, then calculate, mapping and mitigation of risks in Samboja Lodge. Risk categories are divided into several groups. Risk identification is obtained by questionnaire. Each amount specified risk likelihood and impact of risk will occur if the risk occurs. The risk index is calculated by the risk of Godfrey. The results of this study are: the risks identified as many as 21 consists of; 6 financial risk, 6 strategic risk, 5 operational risks, and 4 hazzard risk. Extreme risk was 23.8%, 23.8% high risk, medium risk and low risk of 33.3% was 19%. Extreme risk in the categories of strategy is about lack of amenities, facilities and infrastructure with the risk index 15.1. FGD, it is recommended that companies take action to mitigate these risks by quickly renovating damaged rooms, road improvements and finding loans or investors. While the risk index is lowest in the group Hazard, the awareness of employees and guests to the conservation of the risk index of 2.1, which means that risk can be ignored.
