Abstract

The objectives research are to identify the relationship between organizational culture with motivation, commitment and employee performance. The corporate culture aspect is based on Coulter and Robbins (2004). The motivation aspecs based on Herzberg's motivators and hygiene factors (1959). Organizational commitment is refer to Robbins (1998). The employee performance which consist quality, quantity, time period, cooperative attitude, and attendance at workplace were measured by using Mathis and Jackson (2002). Rank Spearman's correlation were used to analize this research. The results based on score criteria indicated that the organizational culture is well-implemented. Overall, the correlation analysis showed that there is significant correlation between organizational culture with motivation and motivation to employee performance. A particularly influential significant correlation variable in corporate culture to increase motivation were communication, reward system and integrity. Meanwhile, motivation variable which had a significant correlation to improve employee performance was self development aspect.
