Abstract

The purpose of this study were to analize the relationship between corporate culture with motivation and work satisfaction employee. The analysis tools being used in this study were score-levelling analysis and Partial Least Square analysis. In this research score-levelling analysis is used to know how the perceptions of employee about corporate culture, motivation and work satisfaction. Partial Least Square analysis is used to analize the relationship between corporate culture with motivation and work satisfaction employee. Based on the results of score-levelling analysis, indicated that the application of corporate culture is well implemented. In general, the condition of motivation and work satisfaction is good. Partial Least Square analysis showed that there was a significant influence and correlation between corporate culture with motivation and work satisfaction employee. Some of the company’s strategic that prioritized to maintain and improve motivation and work satisfaction among others reward employees who excel, maintain good communication between co-workers, provide opportunities for employess in the expression, applying attitude of responsibility in their work, provides the opportunity for employees to take part in education and training, good organizational structuring, encourage employees to be more innovative and creative in completing of the job, and regulations of the companya should be run properly and firmly.
