The purpose of this study are : (1) to analyses on business model of information technologies services for microfinance institution/sharia, (2) to formulate the strategy of technologies services commercialization for microfinance institution/sharia which operasionalization by PNM. The study is involved five persons became respondent who expert and competence in the focus of this study. The expert from PNM (3 persons), one academicism, and one from IT Industries. The analyzing instrument using the Criteria of Span and Analytical Hierarcy Proccess. By this analyzing, results that strategy is carry out in PNM to IT Services for LKMS are (a) Distributed Support, (b) Good Product, (c) Improve Branch Management, and (d) Focusing on Model Business Component : Value Preposition. Consequently this research are (a) IT Services for LKMS need to improve by assessment of market needs, (b) IT Governance, and (c) Knowledge Based Economy on LKMS community.
