Abstract
The purposes of this study are to identify factors which was influencing seed potato certificated program, to determine alternative strategies and priority strategies. This study is a descriptive study using case study. The analytical tools used are the Internal Factors Evaluation (IFE) matrix and the External Factors Evaluation (EFE) matrix for analyzing internal and external factors, the Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats (SWOT) matrix for determining alternative strategies, and the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) for setting the priority strategies. The strategies recommended by this study are to socialize the seed potato certificated to potato farmers, to improve production of seed potato certificated for fulfilling regional market requirement and for developing national market, to stay at last situation to maintain devoted customer, to improve efficiency, pack, size and uniformity of seed potato certificated according to market demand, to found seed grower association in province level.
