Abstract

In the conduct of the socialization of sharia banking, BNI Syariah hold the collocation of letters carried out in BNI KLN IPB Dramaga .With the Program Collocation BNI Syariah can see the effectiveness of socialization sharia banking The purpose of this research is to analyse and to measure the impact of brand awareness of BNI Syariah toward the effectiveness of BNI Syariah collocation program in BNI KLN IPB dramaga, to identify dominant variable in determining the effectiveness of the socialization of sharia banking, to analyze responsiveness of the collocation service officer in BNI KLN IPB Dramaga toward the program. This research used quantitative analysis using the survey methode to the customer of BNI Syariah in BNI KLN IPB Dramaga. This research used structural equation modelling (SEM). Based on the results of the analysis by using structural equation modelling (SEM) analysis. The conclusion that can be made from this study: the collocation program considered as a very positive and effective program to increase the effectiveness of sharia banking socialization that are carried out by BNI Syariah. Responsiveness is a dominant variable where the collocation service officers with good product knowledge and good responsiveness, can support the success toward the effectiveness of the socialization of BNI Syariah. Brand awareness also support socialization of sharia banking, where the brand of BNI Syariah are noticed by the public especially those around BNI KLN IPB Dramaga.
