Abstract

Employee Engagement is a recent issue for human resource management. It was create a high turnover at SEAMEO RECFON. The availability of human resources (HR) is an important factor for the quality of food and nutrition services to Southeast Asia. In other hand, SEAMEO RECFON should have a good HR in carrying out education, research, and community development. Regional studies Center can be categorized as a high turnover that is 20 percent per year. It can be categorized as a high turnover rate. This a research related to the influence analysis of leadership styles, organizational culture and compensation toward employee engagement. This research using a quantitative descriptive method that gives an overview for such events or symptoms at any given point by using statistical tools with a survey conducted in SEAMEO RECFON and the respondents are all employees who are in SEAMEO RECFON Jakarta. Processing techniques and data analysis in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) used as an alternative method with variance based or component-based SEM-called Partial Least Square (PLS) was u sing Smart PLS software version 3.0. Based on the research results of leadership style has the greatest influence in making employee engagement. In addition, the compensation also have an important role. Organizational culture influences the engagement, but not significantly. Furthermore, it should be improved to the existing organizational culture that capable to be a factor in the SEAMEO RECFON to develop the employee engagement.
