Abstract

An Analysis of Consumer's Attitute Toward Oops' Biscuit in Jakarta Firstianty Wahyuhening Fibriany The purpose of this study was to look at the consumer's "ttitude" perception, expectation and behavior towards biscuit in general and Oops' biscuit in particular. Data was taken from 110 respondents in Jakarta area with range of age 6 - 17 years old. Data was processed by using tools of analysis such as Chi-square, Fishbein Multiatributes Model, Ideal Point Model and Importance Performance Analysis. Result of the research shows that consumers' attitude toward Oops' biscuit is quite good and consumer thought that Oops' biscuit is relatively ideal and suits their desire. The result also shows that the taste attribute is the most important and become the main reason for consumer in consuming biscuit. The taste of Oops biscuit is perceived to be the best attribute among all of Oops' attributes. It is suggested to the company that it should keep the current taste of Oops' biscuit, keep the current price, and increase the intensity of Oops' biscuit's promotion.
