Abstract
A growing number of taxi-motor online is impacting a greater competition in its business to the extent of a business partner that of the taxi motor contributes a significant portion in the business. The purpose of this journal is to observe the influence of level of satisfaction to partner loyalty in online application company ojek in Bekasi city. 125 business partner have become the respondent in this analysis which all are operating in Bekasi. A level of satisfaction and loyalty of the business partner using CSI and CLI methods. Whilst Anova and SEM methods are utilized to analyze the influence of the business partner characteristic against the level of satisfaction and the impact of level of satisfaction against business partner loyalty. In addition, IPA is used to analyze the significant attributes of business partner's level of satisfaction. CSI and CLI findings shows the business partner is within the satisfactory level and high loyalty towards its current partnership. ANOVA and SEM analysis reveals that there is a strong influence between characteristic partnership with satisfaction and the level of partner's satisfaction and loyalty. A better trip charges provision has become a significant indicator for business partner during the partnership process which is analyzed by IPA method.
