Abstract
This research aimed to analyze the rearrangement of sugar mills owned by PT PG Rajawali II. The analytical tool used is financial ratios to analyze financial performance, OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) to analyze production performance, LEAD (Leader Effectiveness and Adaptibility Description) to analyze the leadership style contained in each Factory, OCAI (organizational culture assessment instrument) to analyze organizational culture contained in each factory. And analysis of IE (internal & external) to see internal and external factors at each factory. The design of this study is quantitative descriptive. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to general manager and one level below. Secondary data obtained from PT PG Rajawali II as the parent company. The findings reveal that financial performance and production at each plant have poor value. The results of the IE analysis also reveal that PG Sindang Laut is in quadrant VIII while the other factory is in quadrant V. The analysis results of leadership style and organizational culture have different results, but the difference does not change the financial performance and production in each factory. So it can be concluded that differences in organizational culture and leadership style does not affect the performance of the factory.
