Abstract
The general objective of this study was (a) turbulence level on traditional herb in Indonesia (b) aggressiveness of firm's strategy (c) management capability of manager, climate and competence (d) gap between industrial strategy with strategy aggressiveness and management capability (e) fim, strategy to minimize gap, survey method with face to face interview supported with questionnaire was used in this study. The formulating competitive strategic of this study was (a) reduce of product variant (b) segmentation (c) product differentiation (d) product development (e) brand image improvement.
