Karya Nugraha Multipurpose Cooperative is a cooperative that incorporated in Indonesian joint milk cooperation located in Kuningan district. This cooperative is a cooperative of pure milk production which has the function as pure milk collector, feed ingredients providers, adn livestock health services. Karya Nugraha’s revenue stream only comes from selling pure milk to Ultra Jaya and creates income risk, so business development is needed to get new revenue streams. Purpose of this research is to: 1) Identify existing business model using Business Model Canvas (BMC), 2) Identify factors that are strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) in running their business models, 3) Formulating an improvement model, 4) Designing a prototype of a new business model using Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS) at Karya Nugraha multipurpose cooperative. This research was conducted in November 2017. This study uses Business Model Canvas to identify business models that are already running and identify improvement business models, then use SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of cooperatives, and use Blue Ocean Strategy to design new business model prototypes. The results of the study shows that Karya Nugraha multipurpose cooperative needs to make some improvements on the elements of its business model that has been implemented at this time. Customer segments elements need to add new members to increase pure milk production, customer relationships need to conduct training for prospective members, channels need to use integrated IT systems, Value propositions need to give value-added on pure milk and creation of processed feed business unit, key activities need to conduct nutrition training and seminars, key partnerships need to add feed ingredients suppliers and cooperation with processing industry, cost structures need to be adjusted for infrastructure repair costs, and revenue streams need to bring up sales of processed pure milk. This research offers a prototype of a new business model in the form of a processed feed business unit with the aim of improving the quality and quantity of pure milk produced and also to become a new revenue streams for Karya Nugraha multipurpose cooperative.
