Abstract
Analysis ofEfficiency Distribution ofTeh Botol Sosro in Regional Sales Office, Jakarta Deti Nopianti Lastiyah The objectives of this research were (1) to study company's channel distribution, (2) to analyze which channel distribution that perform efficiently, (3) to formulate managerial implication for the company. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) andANOVA were used to analyze the data. Data collectedfrom each Sales Office (Kantor Penjualan or KP) and channel in Jakarta. DEA showed that KP Sunter was the most efficient channel distribution ofTeh Botol Sosro. Channel analyzed had shown that Channel StreetlTraditional has the biggest score than channel Kantin, Lokasi Makan, Rekreasi & OR, Modern Outlet, Institusi and User. Sales Office (KP) showed that KP Sunter has the biggest score than KP Cakung Tol, Cakung Tugu, Pasar Minggu, and Daan Mogot. It's mean that KP Sunter flnd Channel StreetlTraditional were the best channel distribution for the company on distributing their product.
