Abstract

This study aims at: (1) identifying the motivation factors influencing the apparatus, (2) analyzing the correlation of the influencing motivation factors toward the performance and (3) formulating the performance development program for the apparatus of the Agriculture and Forestry in Sabang. The method of study used was survey method which data were obtained through questionnaire distribution to 38 respondents slovin formulation. The data were processed and analyzed using Criteria Span Technique, Spearman Rank Correlation, and Varian Analysis using Mann-Whitney Test and Kruskal-Wallis Test. The motivation factors influencing and correlating to the performance of the apparatus of the Agriculture and Forestry in Sabang were: (a) solving the work problems, (b) being able to finish the work, (c) the position in accord with the educational background, (d) orderly room and (e) Security guarantee.
