Abstract

ABSTRACT Relationship Between the Non Material Compensation and Work Satisfaction with the Work Discipline of the Headmaster Elementary School at the Branch Eeducation Departement Office In Tenjo Sub-Disrtict D. Maman Sumantri The aim of study is to find out the relationship the non material compensation and work satisfaction with the work discipline of the primaly school headmaster at the branc office of educational agency in Tenjo Subdistrict. This study uses a descriptive analysis method, focusing on the relation analysis using simple and multiple correlation. Since the number of population in this stzidy is relatively small, i.e. 32 headmaster, all member of the are as respondents. The result of analysis show that only the work satisfaction variable, which is related to the work discipline, while the non material compensation is not related to the work discipline.
