Abstract

PT KATSUSHIRO INDONESIA’S CORPORATE STRATEGY FORMULATION TO FACE ENVIRONMENTAL TURBULENCE Indra Rayadi In this study will be identifed organizations in a turbulent environment, that rapidly changing complex, and requiring appropriate corporate strategy formulation. Without the benejit of unifying strategy, the chances are high that different parts of the organization will develop different and ineffective responses. Strategy must be aligned with environment. Turbulence measures the degree of complexity and predictability of the firm's environment. The essence of PT Katsushiro Indonesia's corporate strategy formulation are to choose the right direction for further growth form among many and imperfectly perceived alternatives and to harness the energies of large number of people in the new chosen direction The tools analysis of PT Katsushiro Indonesia's corporate strategy formulation are environmental turbulence analysis, industrial analysis, SWOT analysis, SPACE analysis and QSPM. The chosen strategy is market development strategy.
