Abstract

ABSTRACT Design of SPT Third Party Performance Appraisal Instrument, at Direct Consumer Contact Sub Department, PT Unilever Indonesia, Tbk. Irni Rahmayani Johan The purpose of this study is to analyze key performance factors of SPT third party (SPT3P) and to propose the design of SPT third party performance appraisal instrument objectively. The primary data were collected from 12 respondent who expert in SPT3P activities and the problems. Descriptive analysis, observation at SPT 3P and the Eckenrode Method were used to formulate the key performance factors and their weight. The result of this study showed that there are three (3) group of performance criteria factors, that correlated to performance of SPT 3P : (1) 3P Resources and Expertise, which consist of exclrrsivify. 3P willingness of continuous learning, facility, financia1 back up and mission-vision of 3P; (2) SPT Operation Management, which consist of conPo[ system, recruitment, training motivation program, communication and information system; (3) SPT, which consist of perfomance SPT and turn over of SPT. Each ofthose factors were break down to more specifc criteria factors with their own weight. The design of SPT third party performance appraisal was perfomed with unite the key performance factor and their weight, in to a format. In order to run this perfomance appraisal effectively. DCC should be supported with the competent personal andfamiliarization this program to whom it may concern is a must.
