Abstract

The aims ofthis research are to identified norms and values ofIPB as perceived by their personnel, in both current and prefer situation, and to recommend norms and values as attributes to establish IPB corporate culture. Descriptive analysis and survey approach was used in this research. Questionnaires used as a tool to understand respondents perception. Respondents in this research restricted on administrations employee, lecturers an student. The research was carried out by asking 400 respondents to fill the questionnaires. The sample has been taken by using Slovin formula. The methods of analytic are confirmatory factor analysis and cartesians analysis. The results show there are 24 norms and values categorized as strong attributes in existing condition, and there are 27 expected norms and values in the future. The research concluded that attributes of truth, modesty, aspirate, appreciate, pay attention, objective, consistency, synergism, fairness, provided a model,• accurate, and effectiveness are necessary to transplant and develop towards establishment ofIPB's Corporate Culture.
