Abstract
The purpose of this study are to identify external factors (opportunities, threats) that influence PT Zebra Nusantara Tbk, to identify internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) of the company, and to develop suitable competitive strategies for the company. The study uses External Factor Evaluation, Internal Factor Evaluation, IE Matrix, Paired Comparison, and QSPM to analyze the data. The results of the study indicate that the opportunities for the company are government policy of transportation, government policy of environment, economic growth, road facility, traffic light and sign facility, transportation technology, and population growth. Threats for the firm are alternative public transportation vehicle price, autonomy, price of the vehicle, price of maintenance, price of .spare parts, government officer, and price of Rupiahs and Dollars. Internal factor evaluation indicates that strengths f the company are technology market share, location and age of facility, number of taxy, experience of the company. financial position, and turn over. Weaknesses of PT Zebra Nusantara are employees education composition, skill of the employees, accessibility of gas. The chosen strategy for PT Zebra Nusantara is backward integration.
