Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate last year company profitability and using the result for decision-making reference for the flowing year profit planning. The fools used were Cost Volume and Profit Analysis and Company Internal and External Environment Analysis. The data were collected from PT. Yummy Food Utama. The result of the study showed that there is a relationship between cost and sales volume that cause company profitability, which unfenced by company internal and external environment factor. The result of the study suggested that the analysis were able to define the variable and fixed cost for production to achieve sales quantity and revenue to achieve targeted profit level. The study also, suggested the company's internal and external environment factor were affecting the profit. Management should be able to use the result for targeting the profit. And the profit target will be use as reference for planning and controlling the company operation, production process and cost to achieve the targeted profit. And the annual production issue such as the targeted sales revenue level. the targeted production unit, and cost of production will be answered. The outcome was company annual budget
