Abstract

Fundamental Analysis to determine intrinsic value of companyat PT. Medco Energi Internasional, Tbk Retno Hardjanti The purpose of this study is to know intrinsic value of company by using fundamental analysis. Fundamental analysis represents analysis of income statement and balance sheet of company to forecast the movements of share in the future. Free Cash Flow To Equity, Abnormal Earning, and Relative Valuation were used to analyze the data, and then will be measured its accuracy level with Root Mean Squared Error and its biases level with Mean Squared Prediction Error. The results of this study obtained that intrinsic value of company by used Free Cash Flow To Equity Valuation is bigger than Abnormal Earning Valuation if its compared to market price. From accuracy test, it implies that the method of Abnormal Earning is more accurate, and has smaller biases as compared to the method of Free Cash Flow To Equity. The result suggested that to know intrinsic value of PT. Medco Energi Internasional, Tbk is better using Abnormal Earning Valuation.
