Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find an alternative strategy for Bank XYZ in order to increase the effectiveness of its ATM. Hopefully, the selected strategy could be considered by management for making a decision. The implementation of appropriate strategy would be impacted on the Bank XYZ's ATM performances and in turn it's expected to reach the availability level of 97%. Data are processed with descriptive method and benchmarking analysis against competitors and QSPM is used to select the appropriate model of strategy from the three models that available for Bank XYZ. Operation Division is should be assigned as the unit in charge of the application of this strategy due to its experiences in strategic development and day to day operation of the ATM.
